Please Be Sure To Read Our Full Policy Prior To Booking. Your Booking Confirmation Confirms You Have Read And Agreed To The Policy Below:

1. There will be a non refundable deposit of 50% of service required to book. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. The remaining balance is paid in CASH, only preferrably.
3. Client Intake Form MUST be filled out and submitted before your scheduled appointment.
4. #3 only applies if you are a new client.If you are a returning client that I haven’t serviced within 3 months, you must book as a NEW CLIENT.
5. The Intake Form is used so I can gather information, etc. before the actual consultation.
6. As of June 1st, I do not service anyone under the age of 18 years old.
7. We are an appointment based studio, at this time we cannot allow extra guests (children not being serviced, family members, ect..) Unless you need a translator.
8. Guests arriving 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled with the deposit forfeited, in order to schedule again a new deposit must be placed on file.
9. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you give a minimum 24hr notice by contacting us at 678-203-5523. Rescheduling is permitted once per appointment.
   
10. CANCELLATIONS 24 HOURS OR LESS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT. IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED TO A FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE. YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-BOOK WITH A NEW DEPOSIT. THIS IS ENFORCED TO COVER THE LOSS OF EARNINGS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT THAT CAN’T BE FILLED ON SHORT NOTICE.
11. No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
12. No Call/No Show more than once will be banned from booking,indefinitely.
13. YOUR DEPOSIT IS ONLY VALID FOR THE MONTH THAT YOU BOOK FOR!
14. 1 week before your appointment please discontinue use of exfoliation, peels, topical/oral medications,Depilatory Creams, Bleaching/coloring. Do not shave/wax the face ( men and women).
15. Please wait 72 hours after receiving eyelash extensions to book an appointment.
16. CANCELLATION / NO SHOW RULES ALSO APPLY TO MEMBERS, IF SOMETHING COMES UP PLEASE GIVE A 24HRS NOTICE SO THAT YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
